This challenge is built for hosts who aren’t designers. No degree, no mood boards, no hours lost debating accent walls—you just need the willingness to follow a proven framework.

I’ll guide you step-by-step. From defining your category to creating memorable guest moments, you can confidently design a stay that stands out and drives bookings.

Instead, we’ll work on building your category, your story, and a guest experience that’s impossible to copy — no matter what color is trending on Instagram.

Plan for about 2–3 hours per week:

• 30-minute live session + optional 15-minute Q&A (recorded if you can’t make it live)

• 30–60 minutes for your weekly homework assignment

• 60-minute squad breakout session to swap ideas, give feedback, and keep each other accountable
